As a musician you travel a lot. I have been exposed too many traveling and sometimes I’m missing to watch my favorite shows, UK TV shows to be exact.

I’m craving to watch my favorite soap operas while snuggling my pillow to make me sleep. But since I am always away from UK, I mostly reply on Live streaming and video streaming sites.

I subscribed with promising Live Streaming provider in the internet. I hate the quality. The sound is irritating and so poor. The total quality is awful, my connection speed is ok and every time I used the Live Streaming service on that site, loading process works like decade. I tried to ask help with their customer service and I always get the same technical work around. My problem wasn’t resolved and it is the same every time I used it.

I was watching my favorite UK TV abroad sitcom when suddenly it hanged. It was loading like 30 minutes every 3 hours. It is really annoying and irritation. I felt frustrated while watching my favorite UK TV sitcom. I ended up closing my account since then.

I tried to use video streaming sites, like YouTube.com and Megavideo.com, the quality is quite satisfying although there are certain parts of the shows are not completely uploaded. There were times, the video is good and sometimes not. It depends on the accounts that upload the video. But unfortunately, that is not only the issue. Legal rights banned this account or sometimes the video.

Through, scrolling the net I found this so called VPN. VPN or Virtual Private Network, were used by those who are out of the country to access their BBC iPlayer abroad. VPN provides a special IP or provider abroad to access their BBC iPlayer abroad without being blocked. I search the net to find any sites that offers this VPN service and I found a site. Of course this service is not free and bit expensive than an ordinary streaming video sites nor live streaming sites. But I find it really convenient especially to those people who always stay abroad like me.

The service that offers VPN is like subscribing for Cable Channel with monthly payment. It is quite expensive like the cable fee. Subscribing on it feels like you are just around UK. Since you can use your BBC iPlayer and watch all the UK TV shows you like. The quality is working well and sound quality is good. As long as u have laptop and internet connection on your stay abroad. You are able to use the provider that offers VPN to connect your laptop with a special IP for your BBC iPlayer like you are just around UK.

And, watch all your favorite UK TV abroad. You don’t need to worry if you are laptop utilized VPN connection because it won’t affect your internet connection speed or your download speed.  So even it is quite expensive, the fee, I am satisfied with the total package of subscription

I can use it anywhere, as in anywhere in the whole travel I do and I did.
